Well, tonight's a big night. I've got 36 minutes of running staring right at me. And I feel like crap. And it's cold. And I've got stuff to do. Blah, blah blah.
But ........
It's got to get done. I've only got a week and a half until the Spa 5k and I've got to increase my running time to at least 45 minutes.
I'm not sure why I haven't felt great this week. I didn't feel too well before Metabolic Training on Tuesday. Then she made us run stairs for 20 minutes holding weights. I was tired but felt a little better afterward. The problem is that my legs are really tight today.
Still, it's got to get done. Headed to the streets after I take the children to church at 7.
