Cramp stalls today's workout

Workout was a struggle today.

Toward the end of today's Tabata session, I developed a cramp. This isn't totally surprising. I've felt a little dehydrated the past couple of days. But this is the first time it's happened during workout.

It came during the final minutes of today's workout while we were doing a combination of alternating plank and mountain climbers. The pain was immense and forced me to stop. It's the first time I haven't finished.

It seems OK now. I'll be back at it Thursday. But I hope this isn't a trend.
