Week One of my work's Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge is in the books. I lost 7.5 pounds. That's just slightly more than what Paisley weighed when she was born two weeks ago. So I've sort of gained and lost a Paisley in that time.
That's the kind of great start I was looking for. Five more weeks to go. Hoping to keep this on my pace to lose my pound a week for the year. And to also jump start my training for my next 5k and the Warrior Dash in May.
